Dolly Parton Revealed “Glamorous” News About Her Next Career Venture

Dolly Parton is adding one more job to her ever-growing résumé: beauty mogul.

The country music icon has been known to dabble in many different business ventures, including acting, writing books and even partnering with an iconic kitchenware brand. But on August 13, Dolly surprised her fans by revealing she’s getting into the beauty industry with the creation of her own brand, called “Dolly Beauty.” If that wasn’t enough, she went on Instagram to tease what’s to come with a photo of her sitting in a makeup chair while holding a tube of red lipstick.

“I feel glamorous on the inside, so I want to look like it on the outside,” she wrote in the caption. “Something is coming @dollybeauty .”

Given how Dolly is iconic for her blonde teased hair and bold makeup, fans were ecstatic to learn she’d finally be contributing to the beauty industry in this type of fashion.

“Finally! I’ve been waiting.️🥰 so excited,” one person wrote. “My dream to look as good as Dolly will soon be a reality!” another exclaimed. “This is going to be amazing! Can’t wait to see what you’re going to share with us ,” a different follower added.

As for what products fans could expect from Dolly Beauty, a report from People delivered all the details about what to know about the first collection.

According to the outlet, Dolly Beauty is set to debut a four-lipstick bundle. Each one will be encrusted with crystals, and the shades will feature a range of colors and tones. And if you want to know the shades, the names are as iconic as the woman coming out with the products: Jolene Red, Honey Plum, Rosebud and Birthday Suit.

What’s more, the lipsticks from Dolly Beauty will be available sooner than you think. Each component will retail for $20 and will be sold on the brand’s official website later this month. If you want to buy them in store, you’ll have to wait until 2025.
