Skincare_Addiction

Hi,

I am 28 year old male with some acne’s and acne scars on his face.

Previously I created a post here about the skincare routine I wanted to do. Currently I am doing the below skincare routine for almost a month and I already feel like my skin looks cleaner.

Morning

  1. Cleanser(La Roch Posay Effaclar)

  2. Vitamin C( La Roche Posay)

  3. Moustrizer(CeraVe SA Urea Smoothing Moisturising Cream for Dry, Rough and Uneven Skin, with Urea, Salicylic Acid, Hyaluronic and 3 Essential Ceramides)

  4. LaRoche Posay SPF 50

Night

  1. Cleanser(La Roche Posay)

  2. Exfoliator(Paula‘s Choice – 3 times a week)

  3. Niacinamide%10 + Zinc %1 Serum(The Ordinary)

  4. Moustrizer(CeraVe SA Urea Smoothing Moisturising Cream for Dry, Rough and Uneven Skin, with Urea, Salicylic Acid, Hyaluronic and 3 Essential Ceramides)

Now the problem here I realized is Paula’s Choice is already a product that contains Salicylic Acid and I take this 3 times a week to exfoliate my face and on top of that every day I am taking CeraVe moisturizer cream twice but until now I didn’t realize I bought the “Salicylic Acid” version and I think I might have taken so much of it since I started this routine. Now this was completely unknowingly and I plan to buy a normal moustrizer( CeraVe Moisturising Cream for Face and Body 1 x 454 g https://amzn.eu/d/jfxH1k8).

But my question is what can I do with the moustrizer I have because I already bought two? And how harmful it is to use both Salicylic acid version of the moustrizer and the Paula’s Choice exfoliator?

Thank you
